Program Guidelines and Application
The Live Local Program is available to full-time employees who live within the Participant Eligibility Area. A full-time employee is defined as working at least 30 hours per week, or 120 hours per month.
See if you qualify based on the Eligibility and Incentive Area Map above. Applicants may only apply for one of the two incentive programs below. Program incentives are limited and based on the availability of funds.
New Home Purchase Incentive
New homeowners can receive a one-time incentive amount up to $10,000 towards the cost of purchasing a home within the program home incentive area. The amount of incentive awarded is determined based on the applicant’s income.
Live Local participants are required to participate in a new homebuyers education course or workshop before receiving the awarded incentive. Participants are highly encouraged to enroll in Southwest Solutions's free Homebuyer Education workshop, offered monthly online.
Existing Home Renovation Incentive
Existing homeowners in the program home incentive area can receive a one-time incentive amount up to $10,000 towards the cost of exterior home repairs. The amount of incentive awarded is determined based on the applicant’s income.
